Ceresole replies to the minister of defence
In the letter of July 19 to Pierre Ceresole the Swiss minister of Defence, Ruedi Minger, requested guarantees, that any kind of antimilitaristic propaganda should be avoided. Failing that, the ministry would not supply any materials. Ceresole answered him him a day later. The correspondence was in German. Here it is summarized in English.

50 years ago in Warsaw
50 years ago started the frist SCI workcamp in Warsaw in cooperation with World Federation of Democratic Youth*. In SCI publication this workcamp is often considered as “the beginning” of the East West exchange in our organisation.
